ANDY WUEBBEN TO BE NAMED PRESIDENT OF VERTICALXCHANGE

Greg Geisler announced today that Andy Wuebben, a 12 year veteran of the company will be named
the President of VerticalXchange, LLC (VX), effective January 1, 2017. Andy, a graduate of the
University of North Dakota, has served in many leadership capacities during his tenure at VX, and has
been a member of the senior management team for the past six years. “Andy has been a leader of
the company for years, and has earned this promotion” said Greg Geisler, Founder and CEO of VX.
“Andy’s thorough, process driven approach, leadership skills and proven results have provided the
impetus for VX’s recent growth spurt, and his innate skill set is ideally suited to lead VX for years to
Wuebben will take over the day to day operations of VX, and his responsibilities will include new
business development and overall company growth. “I am excited about this new opportunity, and
will work to build on the foundation we have worked hard to create at VX over the past 15 years”
said Wuebben. “Our new strategic partnerships that include European based InterPartner,
Minneapolis based Altus Consulting, and our new private, single client Xchanges are all in place and
have positioned VX for significant new growth, and sustainability. In addition to new business
expansion, our five core Xchanges are all performing at peak level, and are each positioned to remain
one of the leading new business development activities in the respective industries they serve”.
Greg Geisler will retain his role as CEO of VX, and will focus his time and energies on long-term
strategic planning and “keeper of the culture”.
